Et voila, here the 24^thAKHALDAN I CHING CALENDAR, presenting the Chinese Year of the loyal and generous Earth-Dog.

This year starts on Sunday the 29^th of January 2006 at 14:34 Amsterdam Time (a.t.) and ends on Saturday the 17^th of February 2007 at 16:35 a.t. (16:15 GMT), so a long Chinese Year!

The Dog is the Chinese equivalence of the western star sign Leo (  ) meaning: Ego, individuality, self-confidence, own essence, energy, the sun, creativity, products of art, children education, festivities, festivals, parties,

love experiencing and ceremonies. For the Chinese a Dog is loyal, he has a big heart and is therefore very generous. For that reason the heart is the weak organ of the Dog and also for this year. Special tea for this year is therefore the camomile.

Leo (  ) is governed by the Sun, what stands for ego, individuality, energy.

The colour of this year is orange and the tune is “ D “ (re).

The indication of this year of the Earth-Dog :

Lust, passion, multidimensional creativity, talents, strength, integration of animalistic energies, overcoming old fears and conditionings.
